Our feature story this issue was about new grain weight regulations on packaging. The story was about the new wholegrain content claims on packaging. If you had a certain amount of grams then you could clai certain things.
So my editor and I went out, bought chia, flakseed, quinoa & some hessian. After a few small tests I created this! All with the help of a pencil tiin, ruler/s, chopstick and a cape.
