This issue of Food Magazine was my very first awards finalists issue. Basically I had to squish a whole bunch of entries onto a page. Didn't do a bad job considering. Bit of a step up design wise too back then. Really happy with these boxes I made up with some word clouds imposed onto them. Bit of Illustrator action.
Yeah bit over the top looking back now. But I thought the boxes I made with the word clouds looked pretty awesome.
Here are the finalist layouts. I haven't put them all up but have put a few.
