In this latest issue of Hospitality we have some great features on meaty cocktails, old school desserts and all the latest on the pen to PIN regulations. I managed to get out on a photo shoot and see some fantastic desserts. I even managed to make a few cool infographics too.

Check out my 'meaty' infographic on Non-Loin cuts! Went for something a bit more vidual and less wordy this time round.

Another cool little inforgraphic I made about Cider!
In the centre of the mag we had the Fine Food Australia supplement to give our readers an insight into the upcoming expo.
Took this shot right here! Vincent Gadan, executive pastry chef for the Keystone Group, came up with these fantastic creations. The tiramisu bomb in the middle was exciting to shoot as we had a short time frame before the sparks ran out.
